Camp El Planet offers companies a different kind of retreat: your entire team stays together in a private property rather than being spread across a conventional hotel. The property is rented exclusively to your company, with accommodation for 15–28 people. Your team has the studios, communal areas, garden and pool to itself — with no other hotel guests or groups sharing the property. It has a relaxed, informal environment where people can work, talk, eat and spend time together without the distractions and routines of the normal workplace.

Camp El Planet is particularly suitable for management retreats, team meetings, planning sessions, brainstorming and employee getaways. The communal kitchen and cafeteria provide a natural setting for informal meetings and shared meals, while the garden and pool offer space to relax and socialize. The idea is simple: combine focused time together with time away from the desk.

A retreat, not a conference hotel
Camp El Planet is deliberately different from a conventional business hotel. There is no conference center, banquet operation or room-service environment. Instead, your company has the entire property exclusively for your team, giving you considerably more freedom to organize the retreat around your own objectives. You can hold meetings in an informal setting, prepare meals together, arrange catering or eat at local restaurants.
The Costa Blanca adds another dimension
The setting makes it easy to combine work with activities outside the property.
The Altea–Albir area offers mountains, coastline and countryside, with opportunities for hiking, cycling, golf, tennis and padel, kayaking, sailing, climbing and coastal walks.
Outdoor team activities can be incorporated into the program, or the team can simply enjoy some unstructured time together.
Particularly attractive from December to April
The December–April period is especially well suited to company retreats.
The Costa Blanca is considerably quieter than during the summer, while the mild Mediterranean climate often allows teams to spend time outdoors. Several hours of daylight make it possible to combine meetings with activities and time outside.
